No beka, nie dogodzisz xD

For those concerned about Saliba, he was ready to go vs Brugge but club held him back for an important Premier League game. He is not being rushed back.

@krzykus1990 napisał: "Od kiedy nie ma Saliby i Gabriela przed każdym meczem czuje duże obawy."
Saliba już jest

Timber mógłby odpocząć, liczę że robimy wynik i wchodzi MLS

Team news...

Jean-Ricner Bellegarde will not feature again this year. The midfielder picked up a hamstring injury against Manchester United on Monday night that could keep him out for 6-8 weeks.

Arteta on his side not receiving enough credit: “I don't know, but that's not for me to judge at the end. We are in a very strong position. Every competition that we've been involved in so far and that's what we have to continue to do at the end.

“The credit has to come at the end of the season as we're going to measure what we've done. But in order to achieve that, you have to be achieving every single day the objectives that you want.”

Arteta on Norgaard playing CB: “I think that comes to the mentality of the players, the intelligence of a player like Christian [Norgaard], and how to fulfill a role when in the morning you tell him.

“Surprisingly, that he needs to play in that position because we don't have any other one to play in there and then you need to fulfill that role, but we have a lot of examples of players that have played in different positions, like Mikel [Merino], like many others, and that's great because that gives us an edge.”

Arteta on Nwaneri’s lack of playing time: “Well, in the manner that other players have to cope with this kind of situation, so preparing in the best possible way, I think he's doing it.

“It's actually been excellent and when he's got the chance to play, it proves that I'm wrong that he needs to play more minutes and help the team as much as possible.

Ethan's attitude on that is exceptional. We have a regen day, he wants to train and he wants to be outside and he wants to be in touch with that ball. In that sense, it's tough.”

Arteta on Zubimendi: “Very impressed because I know the difficulty of coming into this league and do what he's doing immediately. Because first of all you have to earn the role within the team and that's not easy. Then it's a different way of playing, a different league.

“But, as you say, the variety of actions and involvements that he has in the game is exceptional. Metrics are incredible and I had no doubt that he could produce that, but this is the Premier League and you have to prove it, and then attacking-wise as well.

“The highs that he takes, position he takes, the way he has opened up teams in many ways, his goal threat, the capacity to assist, his improved on-set-pieces as well. A lot to improve in that area as well.

“It's a player that is never going to be satisfied. You can tell him and praise him individually, never enough. He's never satisfied with his performance, but that's what makes him as well.”

Arteta continued: “Yeah, probably the thing that's going to unlock his goals, and he's so used to that that I think he needs that for himself, for his confidence.

“At the end, we're going to judge his performances based on that as well. That's logical. But for the rest, I think he's in a really good place. I think physically he's in a good place. Now he needs to start converting the chances that he's getting.”

Arteta on Gyokeres adapting: “The player has to adapt to a different starting system. I think the two things have to emerge. I think we have to put the player in the best possible condition to explode and fulfill his potential.

“And there are certain things that, within the role, in the manner that we play, has to be fulfilled. And that's a combination of both. And then it's not only that. I think more importantly is the connections and the players around him at the end.

“Those interactions, that understanding, how it develops. And before the injury, I think he was in a great place. I think it took him a while at the beginning because, as you said, it's a different league, different demands, had no precision. And now he's just starting to get, again, some momentum. And the goals will come and we're going to be very pleased with him.”

Arteta on Arsenal last 11 goals coming from open play in the Premier League: “This is football and it has waves and you try to analyse five games or ten games and the sample is that small that you get very, very confused.

“At the end, even 40 games is not enough to have a sample of what your team looks like because it's too small. But yeah, the fact that we have the resources to score from various positions in different with different players in different manners that's a great thing.”

Arteta on if he would consider selling Gabriel Jesus in January:

“I don’t consider that, especially with the situation we have right now.
“I think Gabby has a lot to offer to the team - and he has proven that straight away, in the first minutes that he was available to play.”

Arteta on the title: “At the end you're going to have to have over 90 points probably to win it, so that means win a lot of football matches and tomorrow we have three that we have to earn.”

Arteta injury update
- Saliba "will be fit for Everton, tomorrow I don't know"
- Saliba issue came from ankle injury, "he looks better"
- Timber and Trossard "a matter of days"
- Rice "let's see how he is today"

Oh and Arteta says he wouldn't consider selling Jesus

Arteta on Wolves: “They’re fighting against results. I know the manager really well and how he's gonna push and get the players ready to do that so, from our side, we're going to go full gas from the beginning because we know what we have to do.”

Nowy sponsor

Arteta: “After any defeat, you want to put it right straight away, and we certainly did that and put ourselves in a great position in the Champions League. Now it's about Wolves focusing back on the Premier League, and after what happened and the result that we had against Villa, obviously it's a massive opportunity for us again to to win the game and put ourselves in a great position.”

Fitness update from Arteta...

Essentially it is "wait and see" for all of Rice, Saliba, Timber and Trossard. Arsenal have a training session this afternoon.

None of the injuries/illness sound serious, though, and no new ones from Brugge.

EXCL : Arsenal have reached a massive sponsorship agreement with Deel. The global payroll powerhouse is also believed to replace the Visit Rwanda sleeve patch on the iconic Arsenal jersey.

Darren Dein son of Arsenal ex vice-chairman David Dein introduced the two parties. Darren is also credited for his work on the Spotify/Barcelona blockbuster deal.

Juliet Slot and her team were at the heart of this mega deal which swiftly gained the approval of Josh Kroenke and new board.

It is understood, Chelsea were closing in on an agreement with Deel as a exclusive shirt sponsor which fell through when Arsenal presented their global scalability power in comparison to the West London Blue club.

This was a hijack Andrea Berta would be proud of.

Niższy, to i środek ciężkości inny, i łatwiej mu dryblować,trzymać się na nogach. Taki McGinn też tym robi robotę, i ciężko go przewrócić.

Noni Madueke on the squad: “We’re tight, we want each other to do well. We know there’s loads of minutes for all of us, we know we have top, top players everywhere in the squad, so it’s about all of us as a collective, not just an individual. We all have a part to play.” [TNT]

Mikel Arteta spoke about how Christian Nørgaard prepares for games better than anyone in the squad. He spoke about his total professionalism to always be ready on and off the pitch and to be thrown in and perform the way he did is a example for every player in the squad.
