Arteta on Rice: “He could not carry on playing, so we have to wait and see tomorrow what happens.

Arteta: “He can walk, he cannot play. The thing is, he's played a lot of minutes, but as well, when? Now we play Wednesday night, and we have to play Saturday morning as well. We can play minutes, but if they can please give us just a little bit more time to recover and to make the welfare of these players a little bit easier, that would be great.”

Arteta: “Talking about fans and support, I asked them to be here at 7:30; I think they were earlier. So thank you so much to all of them for being with us because we needed that energy today.”

Arteta on Merino: “He was immense again, I think today. The way he scored the goal, super smart. His timing, the way he wins the position and the execution, but after his overall performance, with the ball, without the ball.

“I remember an action that he passed the ball to Martin [Odegaard] in behind Martin doesn't chase it. He makes 40 metres to chase it to the corner flag, goes back, wins the ball back. He's everywhere and he's got that really good momentum at the moment, and he makes the team much better.”

Arteta on injuries: “Yes, obviously it's never good news. Declan [Rice] had to come off. We don't know; we have to see tomorrow what he's got. And Mosquera is the other one that is out.

“Obviously, we have big Gabi [Magalhães] and Willy [Saliba] out as well, so we have to adapt. It's been a team decision. But when I look at the players that haven't been playing much, for example, Ben White, the performance that he had, or Martin [Odegaard] that has been out, and he puts 96 minutes under his belt straight away.

“Noni [Madueke], the same. Victor [Gyokeres] is coming, and now he's getting some minutes as well. So I'm very pleased to see that.”

Arteta: “Rest?, that's quite a positive word to use. We had to make some changes. We had a very, what the game demanded in the tactical and technical aspect of it. We were asked to play three days later, one less recovery than them.

“And they're still performing the way that we've done it against a team that is super well-coached, very well-organised, that they are very clear how they want to generate big chances, and they are really good at doing that so 1-0. We knew it wasn't enough. I don't think we conceded anything apart from the save that we had to make on the corner.

“But the game was always open, and we needed that extra energy to close it and maybe when we didn't have it, we had the courage to take the ball under pressure and to start to break their press through very good movement and purpose with the ball to go and score a second goal and win the game.”

“Do you think Arsenal have the best squad depth in the league?”

Ben White: “I don’t know. Obviously training everyday with all these players is unbelievable. There’s players that don’t get any minutes that would start in any other team!”

Nie wiemy jaki skład wyjdzie , ale ta obrona dopuściła dziś do 1 strzału celnego Brendford;) wciąż może wrócić Saliba, jak nie to Timber i White to nie jest słaba obrona ;)

Nie miałby obrony, gdyby to byli nasi jedyni obrońcy;)

Zadanie wykonane, choć mecz bez szału, ale są 3 pkt , lecimy dalej , regeneracja i po 3 pkt na Villa Park, łatwo nie będzie, ale to teoretycznie ostatni ciężki wyjazd w tym sezonie, trzeba zdobyć 3 pkt :)

ale dlaczego miałem to wyczytać z jego twarzy;) " wyglądał " może mieć też znaczenie po prostu ogólne, czyli wypowiedź i zachowanie :) polecam oglądać zapisy wideo. A mówiąc kwestia dni, można wstępnie założyć że na Ville możliwe że będzie dostępny, choć wiemy że Arteta lubi nie mówić wszystkiego;)

No bo nie ma powodów do zmartwień, to że tu lament co chwilę,to już standard;) na Ville mamy Salibe, a tu zaczekajmy z diagnozą;) może okaże się tylko zmianą zapobiegawczą, a miał kto wejść ponownie :)

Ale nadal jak spadniesz niefortunnie, to nie koniecznie Cię uratują, o ile mięśniowe kontuzję rozumiem zastrzeżenia, to na takie niefortunne lądowania ciężko mieć rozwiązanie, poza po prostu wyjątkowymi organizmami.

Coś mi się wydaje, że nadawca ma problemy z dźwiękiem i odpalili losowy zapis z meczu, bo ile razy tu był gwizdek, a nic się nie działo na boisku xD
