Mam pytanko do znawców postępowania w prawie karnym, a takich na forum na pewno nie brak. Potrzebuje na gwałt napisać pracę na temat tego, czy lepszy jest system kontradyktoryjny czy inkwizycyjny w systemie karnym, a raczej czy nowelizacja z 1lipca 2k15 byla słuszna.
Jakbyście mieli sposobność ustosunkować się i napisać po chociażby dwa argumenty, która jest lepsza to byłbym bardzo rad :D
