Rice wants Arsenal. Of course flattered by the City interest, but he wants Arsenal. Arteta for 6 months now has been clear & passionate about what he envisions for Declan in his side.

There would be no immediate plan to give Declan Rice the captaincy. Oferta dla WHU nie ma aż takiego znaczenia, jeśli Rice chce do nas, ale jak jemu posypią grubo, to wiadomo,może zmienić i on zdanie;)
