UEFA have "reluctantly" approved Villarreal v Barcelona being played in Miami in December and AC Milan v Como in Perth in February. The games still have to be approved by FIFA, CONCACAF and the United States Soccer Federation (Villarreal v Barcelona) and FIFA, the Asian Football Confederation and Football Australia (Milan v Como). Rival cubs, including Real Madrid, and supporters’ groups are strongly opposed to domestic league games being played outside their home country.

If the remaining hurdles are cleared, Villarreal v Barcelona will become the first major European league game to be played in a foreign country. Villarreal have offered to pay travel costs for their season tickets holders to watch their “home” game in Miami. As Real Madrid have pointed out, the integrity of LaLiga could be undermined because Barcelona will play Villarreal twice at home this season - once in Barcelona and once in Miami, where the vast majority of fans will be supporting them.

FIFA is expected to drop its opposition to competitive domestic matches being played abroad after settling a legal challenge by US events promotion and media rights company Relevant Sports.

UEFA's executive committee was due to decide whether to approve the requests from the Spanish and Italian federations last month. It delayed making a decision in order to consult more widely with stakeholders. UEFA says the consultations confirmed its position that games should not be played abroad, but FIFA regulations - currently under review - are not clear so it will allow these two games to go ahead: "This decision is exceptional and shall not be seen as setting a precedent".

However, the other option is an injury to the MCL upon valgus stress at contact. Less likely here, but still an option.

Arteta had a different idea for how his midfield would look, and may go back to that, but Zubimendi stepped up again

Just woke up mid-sleep, so take this with a pinch of salt.

Martin Odegaard’s injury most likely just a contusion/bone bruise injury. Sometimes bone bruises can be extremely painful and warrant a sub-off.

Also, occasionally the MCL can get stressed under direct contact, but will need to look more over it when I wake up properly.

To nie fakt, tylko jak już to subiektywna opinia twardziela z kanapy:) chyba mało oglądałeś spotkań odkąd dołączył, bo na pewno nie płakał po każdym kontakcie, ba gdyby tak było, to by nie próbował grać dalej mimo bólu :) inna sprawa, że mamy taką kadrę teraz, że może ponarzekać i zejść jeśli nie czuje się w 100% dobrze i mam nadzieję że uraz lekki ale szczęśliwie on i Rice nie pojadą na repki ;)

Nie przypominam sobie żeby płakał wcześniej będąc w AFC, gdy go kosili. Ma pecha w tym sezonie do kontuzji, bo nie są to kontuzje bez kontaktu z rywalem. I oby skończyło się na stłuczeniu, ale patrząc na to ilu piłkarzy wypada z więzadłami co sezon, to ja się nie dziwię zawodnikom, że mają posępne miny,gdy coś im się dzieje z kolanami:) fajnie się kozaczy z poziomu kanapy xD

Środek prawie taki , o jakim mówiłem kiedyś że chciałbym zobaczyć, no ale Zubi w sumie grał co kolejkę a Rice częściej odpoczywał. Eze Zubi Ode to będzie na takie niskie bloki jeszcze lepsze ustawienie.

"We had three very similar actions with three injuries, two groins and one hamstring. There is a push when people are trying to accelerate, so to replicate that in training is very difficult.

"Gabriel Magalhaes, for example, when he injured his hamstring he had to track 50m backwards and the one he was chasing was Adama Traore. If instead it was Emile [Smith Rowe], with all respect, probably he doesn't pull his hamstring because the last time he went to 34KPH was six weeks ago. So he didn't have any exposure there.

"Can I train that? I don't think I can. Maybe before that he had to do two very explosive actions, or maybe none and that's the moment where the muscle/tendon reacts or not."
