As things stand Arsenal will have to name a 23-man (or smaller) Premier League squad due to only having six homegrown senior players. Currently one non-homegrown player over the limit.

Alex Rúnarsson is a 25 year old who signed for Dijon in 2018. (Coached by Inaki Cana our GK coach) in Denmark and tried to sign him at Brentford in 2019. Looks like Cana knows him very well and recommended him to Arteta if the rumours are true
