Co prawda tabloid , ale... :
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is readying a move for long term targets Jan Vertonghen and Christian Eriksen but will look to supplement such a move by offering a player swap into the bargain.

The Gunners manager has been handed a fairly slim transfer budget for the summer and having already signed Lukas Podolski Wenger will have to make the most out of potential player sales and swap deals in order to secure his desired additions and has earmarked a number of under-performing squad members as potential make-weights.



Jan Vertonghen is high up on the Gunners wish-list and Ajax boss Frank De Boer has publicly admitted that he could struggle to keep the Belgian at the club and having helped to secure an Eredivisie title the adaptable defender may be all the more likely to be tempted by a move to North London, with Tottenham also said to be a prospective suitor.

The 25 year old can play in the centre of defence as well as in defensive midfield role and perhaps the fact that Arsenal have his national team-mate Thomas Vermaelen in their armoury could act as an incentive to make the move to the Emirates Stadium.



A move to sign Christian Eriksen could prove a tougher nut to crack but nonetheless Wenger will look to lure the Danish youngster this summer. The 20 year old attacking midfielder has become a pivotal player in De Boer’s first team squad and has notched up a very impressive 16 goals and 35 assists over the course of the past two seasons, during which time the youngster has secured back to back Eredivisie titles.

In order to sweeten the deal to sign the Amsterdam based pair Wenger will offer the addition of De Boer’s choice of Arsenal players from a list that would include Andrei Arshavin, Marouane Chamakh, Nicklas Bendtner and Carlos Vela. Quality internationals who could well make a big impact in Holland.

Arsene Wenger would offer a player plus cash offer in the hope of convincing the Dutch side to offload two players who may well have outgrown their surroundings.

Nad Tottenham'em mamy wciąż 5 pkt ( z ich formą to może być że na końcu bedziemy mieli 14 ^^ , chociaż może być tak że zaczną wygrywać ale i tak bilans jest po naszej stronie)

Van Persie cools off after Arsenal woe with late-night visit to Barcelona team hotel

After losing his temper against Wigan, Robin van Persie decided to cool off with a visit to the Barcelona team hotel on Monday night.

The Arsenal striker – who refused to shake Gary Caldwell’s hand at the end of their shock 2-1 home defeat to lowly Wigan – was pictured leaving the Marriott hotel on Park Lane.

The Dutchman was spotted chatting with fellow countryman Ibrahim Afellay, who is part of the Barca party in the capital.
Van Persie may have also used the trip to catch up with his old Gunners pal Cesc Fabregas, who left the Emirates to rejoin his boyhood club last summer.

However, Arsenal fans will fear that his friendliness with the Barcelona team will only increase his chances of moving to the Nou Camp at the end of the season.

Van Persie has just one year remaining on his deal and has yet to commit his future to the Barclays Premier League side as they attempt to persuade him not to follow big names such as Fabregas and Samir Nasri out of the club.

Although Barcelona have a string of top-quality attackers, they would be interested in Van Persie if he was up for grabs.

So do Arsenal fans have need to worry? Well probably not. Clearly if Robin Van Persie was attempting to force a ‘secret’ move to Barcelona he wouldn’t pop to the team’s hotel in Park Lane so that he could be snapped by the awaiting press throng. In all likelihood he was probably just looking to say hello to some of his ex-colleagues and national team-mates.

Arsenal’s recent run of good form, prior to their surprise defeat against Wigan, had extinguished the mass speculation about the Arsenal skippers future. However so long as a new contract has not been signed then there will continue to be talk of a possible Emirates Stadium departure.

With there being much talk of prospective talent on it’s way to the North London club this summer it seems that Arsenal are ready to show Van Persie they are ambitious and looking to bring an end to a lengthy barren spell.

Mnie to ceny zawodników rozwalają... 17mln za Cahila który gra w przecietnym Boltonie nie błyszczy aż tak oraz 19mln za Samira Nasriego który powiedzmy sobie szczerze był najaśniejszą postacie w tym sezonie ... Tak samo 35mln za Fabregasa który juz pokazuje swój talent i umiejętności od 4-5 lat jest jednym z najlepszych pomocników a tu taki Neymar 19lat kilka razy zabłysną , 0 doświadczenia i nie chca go sprzedać za 45mln !
