No to dlaczego domagasz się zwalniania, skoro nie wiesz jaki plan przedstawił Arteta, i być może go realizuje zgodnie z założeniami i nikt nie rozważa jego zmiany, poza garstką frustratow. Oczywiście że nie ma niezastąpionych, ale głupotą jest się pozbywać jednych z najlepszych, pod byle pretekstem. Tak powinno, o to walczymy wreszcie co roku, od 3 sezonów, i na ten moment walczymy wciąż o 4 puchary, i co jeśli wbrew sceptykom i placzkom, tak zakończy się sezon? Będziesz zadowolony?

Nie nazwałbym tego regresem, a prędzej właśnie pragmatyzmem i próbą wygrania w ten sposób, po prostu, bo poprzednie sposoby zawiodły, a wszyscy w klubie na pewno chcieliby już dowieźć sezon z takimi pozycjami w tabeli PL i LM. A może celujemy z formą na tą najważniejsza część sezonu i będzie handbreak off na pełnej;)

Zrobił przebudowę drużyny totalną, a klub dał na to pieniądze, bo zaufał, więc zadaniem Artety było to zaufanie potwierdzić, co zrobił i robi nadal.

To nie jest też tak, że Arteta miał swobodę w robieniu transferów, o czym niejednokrotnie było pisane przez związanych z klubem dziennikarzy, ale miał zawsze duży wpływ, a pewnie dlatego, że zarząd mu ufa i odwrotnie.

Co do tej kasy, to czy to papcio, czy Emery, czy Arteta, to tak jak pisałem, każdy dostał już całkiem niemałe fundusze w tamtym czasie, ale jakby nie patrzeć, to Arteta dostał za zadanie posprzątanie po Emerym i ciut po Wengerze, a klub wyciągnął wnioski i dał na to środki na początku, no bo jak inaczej można było to zrobić. Różnica taka np. że to samo próbują robić kury, smerfy, czy muły, ale nie do końca im to wychodzi, więc tu klub razem z managerem bardzo dobrze przeszli przez transformację, a ostatnie 3 lata, ta inwestycja się wraca, i klub robi progres ;) i uwierz, są tu osoby, które jestem pewien, ciężko przeżyją jeśli wygramy PL , a jakby tak jeszcze dorzucić choćby CC to będzie długa terapia ich czekać ;)

Nie no, wtedy ich argumentem jest, że od tego jest zarząd i odpowiedni ludzie xD i oczywiście są , tylko że Ci właśnie ludzie być może nie mają również powodów do zwalniania, bo widzą, że klub idzie do przodu cały czas, zarówno pod względem wyników, marki , jak i finansowym. Pewnie też tak jak my chcą zwieńczyć to już trofeum, ale myślę że póki co będą chcieć raczej zatrzymać Artete niż wymienić. Ja już pomijam to, że piłkarze zostają, przychodzą do klubu w dużej mierze dzięki osobie managera, ale zaraz napisze Pawełki i losnumerosy, że na pewno nie, tylko to taki PR robiony przez opłaconych pismaków xD

Trzeba zatem pamiętać, że te pieniądze na wsparcie dostał, bo dobrą robotę robi i dzięki temu klub zarabia i stać go na takie wydatki;) papcio kasę też dostawał pod koniec, Emery też mało na tamte czasy nie dostał, tyle, że papcio nie wydawał tego na osłabione pozycje, i niestety wypadliśmy z top 4, a pod Emerym po chwilowej serii dobrej, potem drużyna zaczęła spadać, ot taka subtelna różnica;) generalnie mnie bawi to gadanie o zwalnianiu, gdy nie ma ku temu powodów, a najwięcej do gadania mają potem Ci co 90% sezonu przesiedzieli w norkach, i po jakiejś wpadce wjeżdżają na białym koniu, bez konkretnych w zasadzie propozycji zmian ;) tym bardziej trzymam kciuki za to żeby drużyna zdobyła to mistrzostwo, bo przecież te osoby się zgotują totalnie ;) oczywiście będą wtedy płakać że słaby mistrz, bo nie grał porywająco, ale jak graliśmy tak, to mistrza nie było, i w sumie nie dziwi mnie, że próbują bardziej pragmatycznie go zdobyć, natomiast bzdura jest że pod Arteta nie umiemy grać ładnej piłki, bo dobrze taka już widzieliśmy w 23/24 ;)

Arteta on his role to re-energise the Arsenal team.

“Certainly, when you lose a game, you have a lot of feelings because, especially, this group of players are so competitive and they seek for excellence and when you don't reach it, you ask yourself questions, and we did that.

“But I think my role there as well is to bring optimism and reality about where we are, and yeah, our club has a long history. And to find a moment where, in February, we're in the position that we are, is very difficult to find.

So guys, we are doing so many things so well, and let's focus mainly on that. And for sure, we want to improve, we want to be better in every area, but with that sense as well of self-confidence and conviction that we are in the right path.

“No, in these moments, no. Normally, I'm the opposite and when we are doing so well, I'm there with a stick to say, 'This is not good enough,' 'This is not good enough.' The other day, no, because I know how much they wanted the amount of games and the demands that we put on those players every day.

“So I think we need to expand that and give the possibility to allow everybody to be part of that and then we can make the right choice in relation to the game and then we can manage better the minutes, the psychological and emotional moments.

“Then how we want to change the game. And I think it's better for absolutely everybody. That's my opinion.”

Arteta calls on the @premierleague to make the Matchday squads bigger similar to the Champions League in a bid to help players mental heath: “At the moment, there are two or three players that have to be out of the squad. That's our reality. I cannot change that. These are the rules.

“Hopefully, the Premier League next season, instead of 18 out, they will do 20. I beg them from here, like he's in the Champions League, because it's much better to manage the squad, to maintain the value of the players, to maintain the mental health of the player, because nobody wants to get out of the squad.

“So I beg them that, if we can, between all of us, help us on that, we can deal with hotels, travels and all that and that would be very very helpful for for everybody because that's the worst thing when you need to leave somebody but at the end you have positions play that can play in various positions.

“You cannot overload certain positions and weakness some of them so that's normally
the process to make that decision because it's never about if it's about how he trains how he behaves how he talks how he helps everybody he needs to be in every minute of every game.”

Arteta on where Max Dowman ranks in terms of the talent and mentality he’s seen come through the academy: “Certainly one of the best. I mean, what he's done with us at the age of 15, me personally, I haven't seen it before. [Maybe] with a guy that used to play in Barcelona, but maybe not even that.

“He certainly has, not only that, he has a certain charisma as well and personality that he doesn't get overwhelmed, whether it's by the situation or the stadium or the opposition, and that's a huge quality to have.”

Arteta on having Havertz back and how it will help the other forwards: “More than the competition, which I understand we have different characteristics with the 9’s, but as well, Kai can play in different positions.

“His main quality is that he makes you better. Somehow, the way he moves communicates with this gives you information. [His] movement around [He] is a very difficult player to mark, and especially he opens up a lot of spaces for the rest of the players. So I think they're going to be very happy to have him around.”

Arteta on Saliba and Timber:

"Yeah, they are okay. They have played a lot of minutes, and were carrying a few niggles, and it was a great opportunity [to rest them]."

Wydaje mi się że te drużyny rozegrają pomiędzy sobą baraże i któraś z nich trafi do naszej części drabinki, ale nie wiem do końca jak to wygląda, za jakiś czas wszystko będzie jasne .
