Arteta on Norgaard playing CB: “I think that comes to the mentality of the players, the intelligence of a player like Christian [Norgaard], and how to fulfill a role when in the morning you tell him.

“Surprisingly, that he needs to play in that position because we don't have any other one to play in there and then you need to fulfill that role, but we have a lot of examples of players that have played in different positions, like Mikel [Merino], like many others, and that's great because that gives us an edge.”

Arteta on Gyokeres adapting: “The player has to adapt to a different starting system. I think the two things have to emerge. I think we have to put the player in the best possible condition to explode and fulfill his potential.

“And there are certain things that, within the role, in the manner that we play, has to be fulfilled. And that's a combination of both. And then it's not only that. I think more importantly is the connections and the players around him at the end.

“Those interactions, that understanding, how it develops. And before the injury, I think he was in a great place. I think it took him a while at the beginning because, as you said, it's a different league, different demands, had no precision. And now he's just starting to get, again, some momentum. And the goals will come and we're going to be very pleased with him.”

Generalnie jak wszyscy zdrowi to mamy na 9 cztery różne opcje, które mogą w drugiej połowie sezonu realnie przyczynić się do trofeów i dać tą nieprzewidywalność wreszcie o której nie raz mówił Arteta. W ogóle jakby było pięknie, gdyby cały skład był zdrowy i wychodziła najmocniejsza 11 a na ławce też moc , może się doczekamy w styczniu;)

Jesus z ławki w weekend możliwe, trzeba pamiętać, że to były pierwsze minuty po kontuzji w oficjalnym meczu. Generalnie po powrocie Havertza będziemy mieć na 9, trzech różnych atakujących i będzie czym reagować w meczach i rotacja też powinna utrzymać ich przy zdrowiu. Jesusa zimą to chyba jedynie, gdyby Araby przyszli z dużą ofertą, a tak może się przydać i w PL ale i LM ze swoim doświadczeniem.

No widzisz nie każdy doświadczony trener jest w stanie ogarnąć duży klub, np. A widzisz ja czekam na to, że jak już wygramy np. PL to będziemy dążyć do tego, by zdobywać trofea jak City, i żeby nie było wyjątkiem, bo mnie nie ucieszy zdobycie mistrzostwa tak jak LFC rok temu, a potem spadek do środka tabeli, to nie jest dla mnie sukces. Dla mnie sukcesem jest rok w rok walka o trofea do końca i jak najczęściej ich zdobywanie. Widzę gdzie byliśmy 5 lat temu i gdzie jesteśmy teraz i jestem spokojny o to, że to idzie właśnie w tym kierunku, a najgłupsze byłoby teraz wyciągać cegiełki z tej budowli :)

Ty tak serio? xD Klopp przyszedł do lfc po sukcesach w Borussii i ogólnie już kupę lat w zawodzie, a Arteta podjął pierwszą pracę w karierze trenera w AFC, no to idąc tym tokiem myślenia co Ty, to Klopp wstyd że mu tyle czasu zajęło, i wygrał tylko jedno mistrzostwo, bo z jego doświadczeniem, to w pierwszym sezonie powinno być mistrzostwo i przez kolejne już, poczwórna korona xD straszną krucjatę prowadzisz, a najzabawniejsze jest to, że szukasz problemu tam gdzie go nie ma, bo nikt normalny się nie zastanawia nad wymianą trenera ;)inna sprawa że sobie interpretujesz rzeczy pod swoją narracje i ignorujesz co inni ci w kontrze piszą.
