A ja myślę, że tak jak z Emerym , Arteta, tak i innym trenerem, wszystko by zależało od tego czy zarząd widzi progres czy nie. Nie zapomnij o tym, że Arteta przyczynił się do zmian w całym klubie, coś jak kiedyś papcio. Przywrócił wartości, o czym nieraz się czytało, jak wygląda atmosfera w klubie ( biura, obsługa, czy choćby okolice stadionu), wprowadził może i drobiazgi jak hymn, zbudował znów ta " rodzinna" atmosferę wśród zawodników i sztabu, czego pod Emerym nie było, i szatnia go opuściła ( tego nigdy pochwalać nie będę, bo zawodnicy powinni być profesjonalni). Ktokolwiek inny w miejscu Artety, gdyby też rozwijał drużynę, bił się rok w rok o mistrzostwo też by dostał czas od klubu, bo AFC nie zwalniało trenerów pochopnie. Kiedyś, kiedy będzie ktoś za niego przychodził, prawdopodobnie będzie miał łatwiej w pierwszych 2 sezonach, bo będzie miał silna drużynę do dyspozycji i nie będzie musiał całej przebudowywać, i tu zgoda, prawdopodobnie klub wybierze kogoś, o podobnej filozofii, żeby właśnie nie musieć robić wielu zmian, a jedynie kosmetyczne. Może kiedyś będzie to Fabregas, a może jakiś wychowanek Artety;) Jorghinio albo Xhaka ;)

@kamo99111: gdyby klub nie widział roboty jaką od początku robił Arteta, nie dałby mu czasu ani kasy, i nie kumam jak można wymyślać te teorie i tym że to tylko z sentymentu go trzymają i dali mu czas xD Emery dostał też kasę niezła w tamtym czasie, ale zwyczajnie nie miał pomysłu, ani posłuchu w szatni, i w kolejnym wielkim klubie sobie nie poradził :) a jako że z roku na rok, Arsenal idzie do przodu, rozwija się, piłkarze chcą tu przychodzić, rozwijają się też indywidualnie, robią wyniki, klub zarabia, to daje wsparcie Artecie nadal. Oczywiście dla tych co za nim nie przepadają, wygodnie gadać, że pewnie to wystarczy zarządowi bo hajs jest itd, co jest bujdą bo w USA Kroenke z każdą swoją drużyną robił tytuł, a w Londynie młody też do tego prowadzi klub :) mnie to bawi taka drama jak po porażce z AV i już szukanie następcy itd, no gdzie byly te głosy przez ostatnie miesiące jak ponktowalismy fajnie? Kibice sukcesu? xD powtórzę, nikt w wielkim klubie, tym bardziej biznesmen,nie da Ci go jako zabawki i gdyby nie było progresu , nie byłoby już Artety,a w pierwszych 2 sezonach, to go zwalniali jedynie kibice, bo zarząd stał za nim, i się nie pomylił. Inni próbują naśladować i póki co bez sukcesów:)

Arteta continued on Rice illness: “I think he needed more a bed than sunshine because he wasn't feeling good at all. So, yeah, he will have a couple of days to rest and to get his body right. But today already he was very keen to be able to play, and unfortunately he's not able to do that.”

Arteta on Arsenal having the second most (93) injuries since the start of last season: “I think you have to separate the kind of injuries that they are. And some of them, they've been long-term and acute injuries, especially with some of the key players that keep you a lot of days out.

“But yeah, it's something that we are constantly looking at. As I said as well, we have played a lot of games with a lot of players missing. That puts a lot of stress and then more injuries.

“But we are on it, and I'm really happy what we're doing. In terms of the medical stuff and everything that we are trying to bring together, but sometimes as well we need some things to go in our side.

Arteta’s main takeaways from the research: “Because it's not only one season, it's also some of the players that they have played over 150 games. In two seasons, you know, so it starts to get overloaded and you start to ask them again and again and again to do that.

“At some point, they will. They will bring downs. And others, because as well, the moment that you have an injury, you are more likely to have another injury, especially long-term injuries, and that's been a consequence in some of the players as well.”

Arteta on Gyokeres potentially starting against Club Brugge: “Yeah, we have to continue to manage his minutes. He played 45 minutes the other day and let's see how everybody is tomorrow and make that decision.”

Arteta on rotating: “We try to have the freshness in the squad and the players in the best conditions to perform at the highest level. For example, Victor's [Gyokeres] injury, we are missing another two 9’s. Victor played every minute since he came back almost without a preseason. At some point he got injured.

“Then Mikel [Merino] had to do that role because Leo [Trossard], as well as [Gabriel] Martinelli, wasn't fit. You could see Mikel at the weekend that he needed some help because he was out of gas.

“So that's the consequence of not having other players. But the good thing, again, is the way we have managed so far to do that. We have now. After this, a clean week, which we haven't had for many, many weeks, and hopefully some players back, so that will be good oxygen for the team.”

Arteta on injuries: “Yes, so first of all, with Max [Dowman], unfortunately he picked an injury last weekend and he had to come off. So we did some scans and he's going to be out for a while, for weeks.

“And then we have the situation of Gabi [Jesus], which we're expecting to be training with us by the end of December. But Gabi's been pushing. Every single day, and he kept telling everybody, 'I'm going to be earlier, earlier, earlier,' and he's done it.

“So thanks to his work and all the work that the medical staff have done with him throughout these months, we had the possibility to make a swap there. We've done it. Once you see obviously Max and his situation, and once you see obviously the joy and how happy Gabi is to be back in this competition with us.

“So Declan [Rice]was ill, so he was quite sick after the game already. And he hasn't traveled with us. William [Saliba] is still not available. And Leo [Trossard], again, he picked another knock in an area where he had the previous issue. And I don't expect that it's going to be long. But unfortunately, he cannot be with us.”

Arteta asked if the injuries are “bad luck” or “training” methods: “Training? No. because we don't have time to train. So training is not there. But obviously, the fact that you are missing players, you are loading other players more. That's a consequence. That and it's a really dangerous circle.

“On top of that we have some injuries. Okay, in terms of what happened in the past, we are not having more injuries. That we had some others that are long-term, and they haven't been with us since the beginning of the season. But as well, it's a test for the team and so far we have reacted very, very well to that.”

Arteta on being frustrated with so many injuries: “Yeah, a big one. I mean, losing Max [Dowman] again, it's obviously not an ideal with Leo [Trossard] that he's just coming back, that we have to manage the minutes. Willy [Saliba] is still not there. We lost Big Gabi [Magalhães]. And we have other players that they could only play certain minutes, like for example Ricky [Calafiori] the other day, but it's a situation that we have.

“We have managed that since the beginning of the season. We are in December, so it's almost five months in a remarkable way, and we're going to continue to do the same.”

Max Dowman suffers injury and will be out for ‘weeks’, says Arteta.

“It’s part of the journey. At some point when you play in this level and in the position that he plays and the manner he plays, it was going to happen. It could have been worse”.

Arteta on the loss to Villa: “Yeah, it was strange because we didn't lose that many. But it's, I think, a moment as well to reflect and have some perspective about what we are doing.

“First of all, when you look at the reaction of the players when they are on the floor and the pain. And what I felt in that moment seeing them, because I know how much they put in and how much they wanted. It is difficult, but as well is a reflection of who we are and what we want to get.

“And this has to help us to be a better team, to learn the lesson, to value what we are doing, first of all, as well, because with all the difficulties that we have from the start of the season.

“Where we are in the position where we are both in the Champions League and the Premier League. is what we want to be. And understand that you have to earn it every single day, and the margins are very, very small.”

Ale nie dostał tego wsparcia za piękne oczy czy fryzurę i wielu tego nie rozumie nadal. Dostał je, bo robił i robi robotę, gdyby było inaczej,już dawno by go nie było. O tym ratowaniu tyłka przez młodych to też teoria kibiców,bo klub cały czas stał za Arteta, nawet wtedy. Zobacz sam, że później wiele klubów zaczęło próbować naszego modelu, i kilku niby "lepszych " odbiło się w smerfach, live itd;) trofea zdobędzie i to nie jedno, ja wolę być w czołówce cały czas, niż np jak wielu się marzy, przyjście kogoś, wygra raz mistrzostwo i potem lata posuchy, bo może być jak ze slotem. Póki co i drużyna i klub wszyscy idą w jednym kierunku, ja tam zmęczenia materiału nie widzę, bo gdyby tak było, to Ci piłkarze nie podpisywali by nowych kontraktów itd. Ja osobiście chce sukcesów długofalowo, chce żebyśmy zdobywali trofea jak City, co roku i w tym kierunku cały czas klub idzie, a jak ktoś tego nie widzi, no to spoko, na szczęście nie ma na to wpływu. Ziom, ale to przede wszystkim od nich zależy,czy te trofea zdobędą, to na końcu piłkarze grają i mają strzelać i wygrywać, a Ci których wymieniłeś wyraźnie powiedzieli że chcą je zdobywać w Arsenalu i nawet Saliba którego masa ludzi pożegnała właśnie z tego powodu, że pewnie pójdzie za trofeami do Realu i nie podpisze, zburzył im narrację, bo został. Być może właśnie jak wygra PL i LM to się zwinie i tam, tylko też nie ma póki co to sensu, bo Real to też już nie jest taka potęga a ma chłopak kupę lat gry przed sobą jeszcze:)

Problem w tym, że w AFC nie zaczyna robić się źle;) piłkarze zostają tu, przychodzą że względu na możliwość współpracy z Arteta. Gdyby drużyna grała piach, wypadła z topki itd., rozumialbym płacz ludzi niektórych, bo przypomnę, za papcia właśnie to się wydarzyło. A co do tej kadry i warunków, to stworzył je sobie właśnie Arteta swoją pracą i wynikami, dlatego dostał zaufanie i kase od klubu, i za chwilę prawdopodobnie nowy kontrakt dostanie, nie za free, tak nie działa klub:)
